Predict alternative sequences for an input Antibodies, Nanobodies, and Antigen-Antibody structures with high accuracy.

Antifold is an inverse folding model that is capable of predicting amino acids of a Antibodies, Nanobodies, and Antigen-Antibody complexes. Additionally, AntiFold can be used as a way to create functional homologs / mutants of existing Antibodies, Nanobodies, or Antigen-Antibody complexes by inverse folding their structures and sampling the sequence space.
